We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is only collected and processed on this website to the extent technically necessary and within the framework of the application processes. The processing is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Collection and storage of personal data when visiting the website

When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits the following information:

  • URL of the retrieved page
  • Source/reference from which you accessed the page

This data is processed to ensure stable and secure operations (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

We do not currently use cookies for analysis or marketing purposes on this website. If tools such as Matomo, Google Analytics, etc. are to be used in the future, we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent (via a cookie consent banner).

If you contact us by email or via a contact form, we store your information for the processing of the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

6. Application via the website

Purpose and scope of data processing

When you apply for a position through our website or submit a speculative application, we process the following personal data:

  • Contact details (Name, Email, Phone)
  • Resume, cover letter, certificates (Upload)
  • Information on qualifications, motivation, availability
  • if applicable voluntary information

This data will be used solely for the processing of your application. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (establishing an employment relationship).

Storage and Deletion

Your data will generally be deleted 6 months after the completion of the selection process.

If you give us consent for longer storage (e.g., for unsolicited applications), we will store your documents for up to 12 months, or until you revoke your consent.

Consent for further use

For unsolicited applications or inclusion in our talent pool, we will obtain separate consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. This is voluntary and can be revoked at any time (e.g., by email to datenschutz@human-it-service.de).

Data recipientsYour application data will not be disclosed to third parties. Within our network (Integrata Foundation, Academy, HIT, politaktiv), forwarding only occurs if you explicitly agree in advance.

Security

Your application is transmitted via an SSL-encrypted connection. The data is stored on secure servers in the EU.
